Returns & Replacements

Something not working? Let us know.

Every recovered component is inspected and tested, but if a part in your kit arrives defective, here’s how to report it.

Reporting a defective component

Eligible defective components can be reported within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification.

To report an issue, contact us and choose “Existing order enquiry”. Please include:

  • your order enquiry reference, if you have one
  • which kit and which component is affected
  • a short description of the problem

How requests are reviewed

Each report is reviewed individually. Whether a replacement is offered depends on:

  • the product’s condition
  • verification of the issue
  • whether the issue is a manufacturing or component defect
  • the final ReSpark replacement policy

Please note

Reporting an issue does not automatically mean a refund or replacement. The outcome depends on the points above, and the ReSpark team will explain what happens next once your report has been reviewed.

Batteries are not included with ReSpark kits, and salvaged battery cells are never part of a kit. Issues caused by the cells you use aren’t component defects.
